Job Summary
- The Entry-Level Research Officer will be responsible for supporting research activities, including data collection, literature reviews, analysis, and report writing.

Key Responsibilities
Data Collection & Analysis:
- Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys, interviews, and document reviews.
- Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
- Assist in quantitative and qualitative data analysis using statistical software or other relevant tools.
- Perform literature reviews and stay updated on trends in the relevant research area.
- Summarize key findings from existing research and reports.
- Assist in preparing research reports, briefs, and presentations.
- Help draft research papers and articles for publication.
- Document all research processes and ensure proper organization of research data.
- Assist senior researchers in designing and implementing research projects.
- Maintain accurate records of project timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support the successful completion of research projects.Support in communicating with stakeholders, including research participants, external partners, and sponsors.
- Assist in organizing and preparing for research meetings, workshops, and presentations.
- Provide administrative assistance to the research team as needed.
- Manage research databases and archives, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (eg, Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Public Policy, etc.).
- 1 - 2 years of work experience.
- Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of research methodologies and data analysis tools (SPSS, STATA, R, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with data collection techniques (eg, surveys, interviews, focus groups).
- Experience using research databases and digital tools.
