Job Description
- We are looking for a Media Production Specialist who will be responsible for creating high-quality video and photo content that showcases our properties and brand.
- The ideal candidate will be skilled in video production, photography, and drone operation, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality video and photo content for marketing campaigns, social media, and other platforms.
- Operate drones and other camera/media equipment to capture dynamic and engaging visuals of our properties.
- Edit videos and photos to enhance the visual appeal and align with the company's brand standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and scripts for media content.
- Manage and maintain all video and photography equipment, ensuring they are in excellent working condition.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in video production, photography, and drone usage.
- Work on tight deadlines to deliver content on schedule and meet project goals.
- Assist in live streaming and virtual tours of properties as required.
Requirements
- Degree in Media Production, Film, Photography, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in video production, photography, and drone operation.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Proven experience in creating compelling visual content for various media platforms.
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera techniques.
- Ability to operate drones safely and in compliance with relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
