Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate individual to join our training team as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) Trainer at our Abuja Centre.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and hands-on training sessions in their respective areas of expertise.
- They will also support students in preparing for certification exams, practical projects, and career readiness in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver training sessions (both in-person and online) in line with approved curricula.
- Provide practical demonstrations, lab exercises, and hands-on experiences for students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Develop and update instructional materials, lesson plans, and course outlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and certification changes.
- Mentor and guide students to achieve certification and career goals.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MCSE or CCNA domains, with a solid understanding of networking, system administration, and troubleshooting.
- Relevant professional certifications (MCSE, CCNA) — required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience delivering IT training or working in a related technical field.
- Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to manage both classroom and virtual learning environments effectively.
- Commitment to professional excellence and continuous improvement.
- Applicant must be at least 30 years old and must reside in Abuja.
