Job Description
- Are you a Microsoft Project Subject Matter Expert (SME) with a passion for teaching and helping others work smarter?
- We’re looking for a seasoned professional to provide hands-on mentorship and technical support in advanced scheduling and reporting using Microsoft Project and Power BI.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large, integrated schedules (6,000+ tasks) and be highly skilled in optimizing performance, troubleshooting, and building dynamic dashboards.
What You’ll Do
- Coach and guide in advanced Microsoft Project techniques, including performance optimization, templates, and reporting.
- Support the development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) with over 6,000 tasks.
- Troubleshoot schedule performance issues and apply DCMA 14-point schedule assessments.
- Teach how to create and customize Power BI dashboards linked to MS Project data.
- Share best practices for critical path analysis, resource levelling, and schedule risk identification.
- Provide mentorship on schedule quality, reporting automation, and MS Project-to-Power BI integration.
- Recommend improvements to workflow, schedule structure, and processing efficiency.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with at least three years experience.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Project (Enterprise level).
- Strong proficiency with Power BI for custom reporting and data visualization.
- Experience managing complex, multi-project schedules.
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
