Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP and Laravel development, combined with front-end expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with FilamentPHP is a plus but not required.
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and user-friendly. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
- Design and implement front-end interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack, from front-end to back-end.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to improve the development process continuously.
- Optional: Work with FilamentPHP to build and manage admin panels (if applicable).
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in PHP and experience with the Laravel framework.
- Solid experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, or Alpine.js is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating with back-end services.
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Understanding of version control systems, especially Git.
- Familiarity with modern development tools like Webpack, npm, or Yarn.
- Experience with FilamentPHP is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and participate in regular sprints and code reviews.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker or other containerization technologies.
- Knowledge of CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS or LESS) and JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, etc.).
- Experience with performance optimization and security best practices.
