Responsibilities:
- Designed, develop, and maintain software solutions for the Mifos Core Banking platform using Fineract.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Implementing and customizing Fineract modules to meet specific banking requirements.
- Integrating Fineract with other systems and APIs.
- Troubleshooting and resolving software defects and performance issues.
- Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to the development team.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the Fineract ecosystem.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong experience in developing applications using Fineract or similar banking software platforms.
- Proficiency in Java programming language.
- Understanding of core banking principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Knowledge of web services and APIs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
