JOB SUMMARY
The monitoring and Evaluation Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the monitoring and evaluation framework of Sunbeth Global Concepts projects and Initiatives within the commodity sector. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure effective data collection, analysis, and reporting to assess project performance and impact.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and implement a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation (M&E) framework for projects and programs related to the commodities: cocoa, cashew, sesame, and soybean.
- Design M&E tools, data collection instruments, and methodologies to track project progress and impact indicators.
- Lead the collection, management, and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to measure project outcomes and impact.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and accurate data collection and reporting.
- Conduct regular field visits and assessments to monitor project activities and provide technical assistance to project staff as needed.
- Prepare and present M&E reports to internal and external stakeholders, including findings, recommendations, and lessons learned.
- Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to strengthen M&E capacity and promote learning and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with donor requirements and project performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in international development, economics, statistics, or related field.
- Certification in Project Management and Rainforest Alliance is preferable.
- Proven 5-7 years minimum experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the agriculture or commodity sector
