  • As a Music Producer, you will play a key role in shaping the sound and quality of our productions. 
  • You will collaborate with artists, songwriters, and sound engineers to create high-quality music that aligns with our brand and audience expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire music production process, from concept development to final mixing and mastering.
  • Collaborate with artists and songwriters to bring their musical vision to life.
  • Create beats and instrumentals tailored to Afrobeats and other contemporary genres.
  • Record, edit, and arrange music using industry-standard software and equipment.
  • Ensure high-quality sound production that meets international industry standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest music trends and production techniques.
  • Work closely with the A&R team to discover and develop new talent.
  • Manage studio sessions and provide creative direction to artists.

Requirements

  • 2 - 3 years of proven experience in music production, preferably in the entertainment industry.
  • Candidates should possess an HND qualification
  • Strong knowledge of music theory, composition, and audio engineering.
  • Proficiency in digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as FL Studio, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
  • Experience producing Afrobeats and other contemporary music genres.
  • Excellent ear for sound quality, rhythm, and melody.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and creative environment.
  • Proximity to Omole Phase 1, Lagos Mainland, is essential.
