- Popcentral, Nigerias premier general entertainment platform, invites energetic National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) members to embark on a unique internship journey spanning various teams within our dynamic organization.
- As a Cross-Functional Assistant, you will gain hands-on experience across our diverse teams, including Creators, Distribution, Brands and Design, Content, Sales and Business, Experience, Social Community, Finance & Facility, and People & Admin.
Responsibilities:
Content Creation Across Teams:
- Collaborate with the Creators team in production, including Camera, Audio, PCR, Floor Management, Production Management, Editors, Motion Graphics, and Animation.
- Contribute to content development and acquisition efforts within the Content team.
Multifaceted Brand Engagement:
- Assist in brand management initiatives and collaborate with the Design team for still and motion graphics.
- Engage in cross-functional projects that align with the vision of Brands and Design.
Distribution and Broadcasting:
- Work alongside the Distribution team in the Master Control Room (MCR) for broadcast transmission.
- Contribute to content delivery network (CDN) management for our app and other channels.
Sales, Business Development, and Partnerships:
- Collaborate with the Sales and Business team to gain insights into business development strategies.
- Assist in managing partnerships and collaborations within the Experience team.
Social Media and Digital Marketing:
- Engage with the Social Community team across IG, Twitter, Youtube, and TikTok.
- Contribute to digital marketing efforts and community management initiatives.
Facility Management and Finance:
- Gain exposure to facility management within the Facility team.
- Assist in financial processes and insights within the Finance team.
People and Administration:
- Engage with the People & Admin team to understand administrative functions and HR processes.
- Contribute to initiatives focused on creating a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelors degree from a recognized institution.
- Passion for media and entertainment.
- Strong communication skills and adaptability.
- Willingness to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
- Available for the one-year NYSC service period.
