OTIC Surveys is a full service Land Surveying and Digital Map Production company based in Lagos, Nigeria. We are Registered Land Surveyors and we offer land/property survey and investigation, topographic survey, digital mapping, setting-out survey, as-built survey, bathymetric survey and route survey services.We produce survey plans, digital maps and engineering survey(topographic survey, as-built,route etc.) drawings. We are currently seeking a smart and motivated NYSC member with a background in Software Development to join our team.
Location Requirement:
- Candidate must currently reside in the Sangotedo, Chevron, or nearby axis and must be ready to serve in OTIC Surveys as a place of primary assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and maintaining internal web and mobile applications
- Support the development team in debugging and testing software
- Collaborate with team members to manage project deliverables
- Write clean, scalable code following best practices
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
Requirements:
- Must be a current NYSC member deployed or serving in Lagos
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least one year of experience in software development
- Solid understanding of at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, PHP, etc.)
- Proficient in building web-based applications
- Good understanding of databases and API integration
- Familiarity with frameworks such as React, Laravel, Django, or Flutter is an added advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
- Must reside in Sangotedo, Chevron, Lekki, Ajah, or nearby areas
