Responsibilities
Business Operations Performance Monitoring:

  • Improvements in overall turnaround times for transactions and vendor performance

Business Process Development:

  • Creating Descriptive Process flows for new products/services and business locations

Partnership Structure Creation:

  • Creating external structures and internal processes that guide partnerships on Rosabon products

Market Expansion Support:

  • Identify optimal setup requirements and subsequent process flow modifications and vendor acquisition

Operations Process Improvement Drives:

  • Initiating, planning and executing process improvement drives

Operations Team coordination:

  • Coordinating the team towards achieving individual KPIs and team goals

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a BSc Degree with at least 2 years work experience.

Organisational Relationship:

  • Member of Business Operations Department [Marketing & Strategy]
  • Works with [Credit & Risk Management Department, Internal Operations Department, Asset Creation Department and other Departments as required]
  • Reports to [Head, Marketing & Strategy]
