Job Summary

  • Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Performance Analyst to join their team.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for generating daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for our market-facing staff and periodic performance.
  • This role requires a strong command of Microsoft Excel, with proficiency in Power BI being an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for market-facing staff using Microsoft Excel.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and implement performance measurement systems and metrics using Microsoft Excel to track and improve operational efficiency.
  • Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to present findings and insights to the Group Management Team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Group Management Team to understand business processes and performance challenges.
  • Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve performance and achieve business goals.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of performance data by verifying and cross-checking data sources.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of performance measurement processes and methodologies.
  • Performance Charters: Collaborate with HR teams to issue performance charters monthly.
  • Performance Monitoring: Carry out performance monitoring for cross-functional teams and across various departments.
  • General Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support for the Chief Administrative Officer’s Office.

Qualifications

  • Education: BSc or HND in any field (However degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics or a related field will be an added advantage)

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other advanced functions).
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is an added advantage.

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.

Attention to Detail:

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
