About the Role

This is not a routine 9–5 assistant job. We’re looking for a young, driven, and creative individual (ages 24–28) who is eager to learn, grow, and be mentored directly by the founder of Framegidi.

The goal is simple but ambitious: to train and develop you into a leadership role, with the potential to take over full operational responsibilities within 3–5 years.

If you are proactive, resourceful, and excited about learning directly from a founder, this role offers unmatched exposure to business strategy, operations, and creative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a direct support to the founder in daily tasks, priorities, and projects
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and communications efficiently
  • Assist with project management, creative tasks, and operational follow-ups
  • Support marketing, content creation, and administrative needs where required
  • Coordinate personal and business tasks with professionalism and discretion
  • Oversee tasks end-to-end to ensure execution without constant supervision
  • Participate in meetings and document actionable outcomes
  • Provide fresh creative input to business and brand initiatives
  • Ensure smooth execution of after-hours or weekend assignments when required

Qualifications & Skills

  • Age 24–28, preferably based on the Lagos Mainland
  • Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory if skill and potential are evident)
  • Strong interest in business operations, design, or creative industries
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Tech-savvy: proficient with email, calendars, Google Workspace, and social media
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Self-starter with initiative; able to anticipate needs and act without waiting for instructions
  • High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
  • Flexible mindset: understands that founder schedules don’t stop at 5pm on Fridays

Soft Skills

That Matter Most

  • Integrity and trustworthiness
  • Proactiveness and initiative
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn
  • Creativity and problem-solving ability
  • Emotional intelligence and patience
  • Resilience and adaptability

What You Gain

  • Direct mentorship from the founder with a commitment to pour years of knowledge into you
  • A clear growth trajectory with increasing responsibility and pay as you develop
  • Exposure to running and scaling a creative and operational business in Nigeria
  • The rare opportunity to be groomed into a future leadership role.
