About the Role
This is not a routine 9–5 assistant job. We’re looking for a young, driven, and creative individual (ages 24–28) who is eager to learn, grow, and be mentored directly by the founder of Framegidi.
The goal is simple but ambitious: to train and develop you into a leadership role, with the potential to take over full operational responsibilities within 3–5 years.
If you are proactive, resourceful, and excited about learning directly from a founder, this role offers unmatched exposure to business strategy, operations, and creative problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Act as a direct support to the founder in daily tasks, priorities, and projects
- Manage schedules, appointments, and communications efficiently
- Assist with project management, creative tasks, and operational follow-ups
- Support marketing, content creation, and administrative needs where required
- Coordinate personal and business tasks with professionalism and discretion
- Oversee tasks end-to-end to ensure execution without constant supervision
- Participate in meetings and document actionable outcomes
- Provide fresh creative input to business and brand initiatives
- Ensure smooth execution of after-hours or weekend assignments when required
Qualifications & Skills
- Age 24–28, preferably based on the Lagos Mainland
- Bachelor’s degree (not mandatory if skill and potential are evident)
- Strong interest in business operations, design, or creative industries
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
- Tech-savvy: proficient with email, calendars, Google Workspace, and social media
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Self-starter with initiative; able to anticipate needs and act without waiting for instructions
- High level of integrity, reliability, and confidentiality
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
- Flexible mindset: understands that founder schedules don’t stop at 5pm on Fridays
