Job Description
- The Point of Sales Solutions Software Developer performs the tasks necessary to develop and implement new Point of Sale solutions.
- This includes technical knowledge of POS hardware, configuration, and programming in order to develop and apply these solutions.
- In some cases, this position is responsible for initiating, coordinating, and implementing proof-of-concepts of new technologies to demonstrate viability and business value.
Responsibilities
- Document and test new software applications
- Assess new application ideas
- Develop applications (coding, programming)
- Interview beta testers.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in POS software development
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in teams
- Initial knowledge of any of these: Java, C++, SDK, Android developer.
