Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills :
- 5+ years of hands on development experience in Power builder / PB.NET
- Extensive experience with Sybase stored procedures, performance tuning and database design
- Advanced SQL coding skills
- Good amount of knowledge and experience in Unix
- Solid understanding of Data Modeling concepts
- Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Retail WMS experience will be preferred
Roles and responsibility
- hands on development in power builder and SQL
- Work with the application development teams throughout the development life cycle
- Evaluate new Business Intelligence technologies, features, and products
- Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects
- Stay current with emerging industry trends
- Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
- Create Detail design document based on the business requirement
- Create/Update code components and implement them as per the requirements
- Good written and oral communication
Desirable Technical / Functional Skills :
- Experience in Unix and Retail WMS will be added advantage
