Job Overview
- The Product Upload Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of uploading and optimizing products on various e-commerce platforms.
- This includes ensuring product accuracy, optimizing product descriptions for search engine visibility, and integrating payment and shipping systems.
- The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Upload and maintain accurate product information, images, and descriptions across e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify.
- Use Product Information Management (PIM) tools to organize, store, and manage product data efficiently.
- Optimize product listings with SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings.
- Ensure that products are correctly categorized and tagged for optimal search performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align product descriptions with overall brand messaging.
- Integrate and manage payment gateways and shipping systems, ensuring smooth transactions and deliveries.
- Monitor analytics and performance metrics to measure the success of product listings, identify areas of improvement, and report findings to the E-commerce Manager.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform updates, and optimization techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any product-related issues across platforms.
- Work closely with the customer service team to handle product-related queries and feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or product management roles.
- Certifications in e-commerce or SEO will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Product Information Management (PIM) tools.
- Strong knowledge of product optimization techniques, particularly SEO.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify).
- Understanding of payment gateway integrations and shipping systems.
- Proficiency in using analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple product listings simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and image editing is a plus.
