Role Summary

  • Foteino Talento is recruiting for a leading event venue dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences. We seek a Programs, Media & Experience (PME) Team Lead to drive creative programming, brand visibility, and audience engagement across all platforms.
  • Reporting to the Chief Responsibility Officer, the PME Team Lead will oversee PME Officers and lead the planning, execution, and communication of programs, events, and brand stories that align with the organisation’s vision, culture, and business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
  • 3–5 years’ experience in the hospitality or events sector
  • Relevant professional certifications
  • Proven leadership and project management experience

Key Responsibilities

Program & Event Leadership

  • Develop and manage the annual programs and engagement calendar
  • Lead end-to-end event planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation
  • Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all programs and experiences

Media & Digital Presence

  • Drive digital and media communication strategies across all platforms
  • Oversee content planning, creative direction, and publishing schedules
  • Track engagement, analytics, and ROI
  • Manage online reputation and crisis communication when required

Partnerships & Sponsorships

  • Identify and manage strategic partnerships and sponsorships
  • Lead pitch development, negotiations, and fulfillment reporting

Team Leadership & Collaboration

  • Supervise PME Officers, vendors, and creatives
  • Mentor team members and review outputs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, HR, and other teams

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports
  • Track ROI on programs, campaigns, and partnerships
  • Maintain proper documentation and archives
