Job Description
- We are looking to employ an experienced Project Coordinator in an Experiential Marketing Agency to handle specific projects thereby connecting the Agency and the Clients. Proficiency in analyzing data is a key requirement.
- He/she will attend to all client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- The role entails collaborating with relevant departments to address Client needs in a timely manner, ideate and proffer prompt solutions to Clients’ complaints, and providing regular updates to Management.
- He/she will manage data set, generate reports accordingly. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience as a data analyst, and a deep understanding of the popular data analysis tools and databases
- Coordinate team members to deliver on business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Cultivating solid relationships with Clients through the provision of excellent service.
- Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
- Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives and maintaining accurate record of all projects.
- Ensuring that the correct data are entered into the client database to prevent wrong decision making from the use of wrong data.
- Process, compile, sort, and organize raw data into a database according to guidelines
- Review data collected to ascertain compliance with set KPIs
- Conversion of data into numbers for analysis.
- Generate reports in a clear and concise manner.
- Must also have eyes to spot discrepancies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or an industry-related field.
- Exceptional customer service skills & relationship management
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience working as a Project Coordinator in an experiential marketing field, and record of specific accomplishment such as target met and on-time project delivery.
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Knowledge of advanced MS Excel and Google Form and other MS Office tools
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management
- Good leadership skills, teamwork & effective collaboration.
