Summary of Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of various projects for our clients.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects, Product Designers, Growth and Sales, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients.

- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business goals.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones.
- Allocate resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project success.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, methodologies, and quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate project performance and implement process improvements as necessary.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Proven experience (minimum of 3 years) in project management, preferably in a consulting ?rm.
- A PMP certification or any other recognized project management certification is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana) or equivalent is a plus.
- Ability to travel as needed.
