Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives, and providing solutions that meet or exceed expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, managing all aspects of the client relationship, including communication, project management, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their promotional product needs and objectives, and develop customised solutions and strategies to achieve their goals.
- Source and select promotional products that align with client requirements, budget, and brand guidelines, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including graphic designers, production staff, and vendors, to ensure seamless execution of promotional product campaigns from concept to delivery.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients, showcasing promotional product options and recommendations.
- Monitor and track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to clients to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities related to promotional products, and identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Conduct regular account reviews and performance evaluations with clients, soliciting feedback and identifying areas for improvement and growth.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts, and contribute to the overall revenue growth and profitability of the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience (3 years) in sales, account management, or customer service, preferably in the promotional products industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of promotional products, including sourcing, selection, customization, and distribution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and internal teams.
- Solid project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and organised, with a focus on accuracy and quality assurance.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
