Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to promote clients' brands and initiatives
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media professionals, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure press coverage
Write and distribute press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials
Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential risks
Coordinate company’s publicity tours, conferences, media requests, and interviews
Navigate and manage the social media team and the social calendar for the company’s press releases, byline articles, and keynote speeches.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation across all communication channels

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field . Master’s degree is an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations or corporate communications.
Additional Certifications in Public Relations and Communication would be an added advantage.
Proven track record of successful media relations and generating high-profile coverage.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in interpersonal interactions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Skilled in creative thinking, capable of producing inventive communication concepts.
Demonstrates exceptional project management and organizational capabilities.
Seeking candidates with demonstrated social media experience.
A good experience with crisis management is necessary.
