Job Summary
- The Publications Editor will be a person with good command of spoken and written English with the following responsibilities:
- A professional in video editing.
- Photography.
- Knows how to use Corel Draw/Adobe Suites for the job requirements.
- Should know how to use computer applications including the ability to type and edit articles.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Availability.
- Over and above all, every teacher in Jesuit Memorial College is a role model to the students.
Qualification
- BA English and Literature, BA Mass Communication
- Any higher degree or qualification is an added advantage.
Experience:
- At least 2 years in editing of articles and publications, video editing, photography, and/or media role. Any other experience relating to Publication Editing is an advantage.
Personal Qualities:
- Effective communication and presentation skills, good command of English Language, good understanding of adolescent psychology, good interpersonal skills, a team player, ability to work effectively with minimum supervision, proficiency in use of computer applications especially Corel Draw, Microsoft Word and Adobe Suites etc.
