Job Description

  • Responsible for improvement of processes and , According to ISO9001 system requirement, Drive the quality improvement activity, improve the product first time pass rate.
  • Support new product development and third party certificate.
  • Responsible for customer/ certification authority audit. Drive the internal quality improvement related activity according to customer to achieve the customer satisfaction requirement and improvement.
  • QA system control and improvement
  • QC procedure management to ensure product quality control for customer.

Innovation:

  • Drive continuous improvement for quality related issues / processes; by evaluating and developing improved techniques for the control of the quality and reliability of the products.
  • Drive continuous improvement for customer satisfaction; by improve internal management procedure and manage quality related issues with customers
  • Fully developing & implementing a Supplier Quality control system and organization. Manage quality related issues with suppliers (in line with the corresponding internal Departments

Others:

  • Obtain relevant information on Industry standard/product standard/ISO 9001/regulation. Analyze the new requirement and ensure it has been updated and implemented.
  • Plan & control quality budget.
  • Control quality related expenses including QA asset, Certification fee, third-party commercial test fee. Calibration fee, equipment maintenance fee

Education / Experience

  • HND / BSc. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Sciences (Chemistry, Physics, Statistics, Mathematics) or Social Sciences (Business Administration & other related courses).
  • At least 3 years of experience in similar industry.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ISO 9001:2015-Quality Management System (QMS);Project Management Professional (PMP), ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor Training Course (QMS)
  • ITIL, ISO 9001:2015, PMP/PRINCE II
  • Report writing, Microsoft office tools (Visio, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), Good Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS, Auditing clauses, Policies & Procedures, Change Management, Document keeping, Document Version Control, Project Management
