Job Description
- Designing scenarios, test plans, procedures, and scripts.
- Efficiently analyzing test results and further reporting them to the development team.
- Proficiently executing tests on source code.
- Working efficiently with the development team to rectify errors and bugs.
- Reviewing and analyzing system specifications.
- Identify key KPIs for product quality
- Executing manual or automated test cases and analyzing results.
- Collaborating with the dev team to develop effective test plans and strategies.
- Creating logs for documenting test phases and significant defects.
- Evaluating product codes as per specifications.
- Working proficiently with cross-functional teams, ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Providing aid for troubleshooting issues.
- Conducting post-implementation or post-release testing
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- 2 years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing with selenium, Test Driven Development Strategies and other
- Minimum 18 months of experience with coding using Java
- Minimum 18months years of experience with web security technology
- 2 years of experience with software QA tools and processes
- Must be familiar with Agile frameworks where regression testing is a plus.
