Role Description
- We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team.
- As an Quality Assurance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing and quality assurance processes.
- You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement testing strategies, and drive continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and scalability.
- Conduct thorough regression testing to identify and address software defects and compatibility issues.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
- Perform risk analysis and prioritize testing activities based on business impact and project timelines.
- Implement automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze test results, track defects, and provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance quality assurance processes and methodologies to optimize product quality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance/testing roles, preferably in a software development environment.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for test automation.
- Solid knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
