- The Quality Assurance Officer position at VBank is a detail-oriented role in the Products Team. The ideal candidate will ensure quality and functionality of digital banking products through comprehensive testing, bug identification, and maintaining seamless user experiences. The role requires knowledge of software testing methodologies, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Operational Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Conduct manual and automated testing of VBank's digital platforms (mobile apps, web, backend)
- Identify, document, and track defects, working with developers and product managers
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements
- Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing
- Improve testing processes and contribute to best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth releases
- Validate bug fixes and enhancements before deployment
- Provide detailed reports on test results and system performance
Requirements
Competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium, JMeter)
- Proficiency in test management tools (Jira, TestRail)
- Understanding of API testing and tools like Postman
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 2-4 years experience in quality assurance or software testing
- Experience in fintech, banking, or financial services (advantage)
- Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes
