Job Summary
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactiveQA (Quality Assurance) Engineer to join our fully remote team.
- You will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through rigorous testing and continuous improvement.
- You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and performance testing.
- Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on product quality and usability.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 4-6 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data validation.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
