- Develop and manage scalable QA processes aligned with product and engineering workflows
- Lead testing strategies (manual, automated, functional & non-functional)
- Manage test cycles and ensure release quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and solutions
- Drive defect management and root cause analysis
- Implement and maintain test automation frameworks
- Champion continuous improvement and QA best practices
- Evaluate and integrate QA tools
- Provide QA visibility via reporting and dashboards
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2–4 years in QA roles, with leadership or ownership experience
- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, Agile environments, and test lifecycles
- Hands-on experience with:
- Web: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
- Mobile: Appium (iOS & Android)
- Accessibility: Axe, Lighthouse
- Security: OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite
- Performance: JMeter, Gatling, k6, Firebase Monitoring
- Test Management: TestRail, Zephyr, PractiTest, Jira (required)
Additional Skills:
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, continuous improvement mindset
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Confident decision-maker with leadership ability
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps testing is a plus
