Job Responsibilities:
- Carryout User Interface and functional testing
- Perform API testing
- Ability to work in an agile environment
- Design test plans, scenarios, or procedures.
- Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Document test procedures to ensure replicability and compliance with standards.
- Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates.
- Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
- Identify program deviance from standards and suggest modifications to ensure compliance.
- Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine product quality or release readiness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4-5 years of proven experience in quality assurance, preferably in a software development environment
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with manual and automated testing techniques.
- Knowledge of programming languages- JavaScript, HTML and Python.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to work with strict deadline

- UI automation is an added advantage
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality assurance is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance (e.g., ISTQB) are desirable.
