Job Functions
- Reconcile and monitor all inflows into the system (POS and Wallet Top-ups), relating with product partners on the different issues
Responsibilities
- Do a daily reconciliation on the products listed above and a monthly review on them.
- Treat agent issues that the customer support team escalate (on the previously listed products)
- Communicate with the company's partners on these products
- Do a monthly review on other product reconciliation done by the team
- Report and analyse data for the company on different products
Requirements
- Candidates should possess Bachelor's degree with 2 - 4 years work experience.
