Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data and generated reports through regular quality checks and validation processes.
Work with databases to organize, store, and retrieve data efficiently.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends.
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to maintain high service standards and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and streamline customer support processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with different departments to understand their reporting requirements and tailor data outputs accordingly.
Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
Address any issues related to reporting and troubleshoot discrepancies as they arise.
Ensure reporting processes comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Information or Business Sciences, Computer Science, or related fields.
Skills / Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of work experience as a Reporting Analyst.
Effective oral & written communication skills.
Accuracy, attention to detail
Sound analytical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Graphing, and Data Processing.
