Job Summary
- This role supports the research team by collecting, organizing, and entering accurate data gathered from online sources into standardized templates.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct research using available online resources to locate and verify relevant data
- Input collected data accurately into (Google Sheets/Google Docs/Excel)
- Maintain clear and well-organized digital files and documents
- Track and log work hours using a time management tool
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and formatting consistency
- Communicate task progress, issues, or data gaps to the team lead promptly
- Collaborate with other team members to meet set deadlines
Requirements
Key Skills Required:
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and Google Docs
- Familiarity with time-tracking tools like (Clockify, Toggl, etc.)
- Familiarity with project management tools like
- Strong online research and data-gathering ability
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and focus during work hours
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Eligibility
- This role is part of a youth-focused development project and is therefore limited to candidates aged 25 or younger.
