You will conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and work closely with IT and business units to ensure robust security practices are in place.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure systems and integrate security solutions into the existing IT infrastructure.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified vulnerabilities.
- Develop, enforce, and regularly update security policies, procedures, and standards.
- Evaluate, select, and manage security products and services from external vendors.
- Provide expertise during security incidents and conduct post-incident reviews to identify gaps.
- Collaborate with IT and business units, communicate security strategies, and act as a security advisor.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to employees.
- Stay updated with the latest security trends, conduct internal audits, and benchmark against industry standards.
Education and Work Experience:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field is required.
- 5-7 years of experience in IT and cybersecurity roles, with at least 3-5 years in security architecture or design.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing security solutions for large and complex environments.
Technical Skills:
- Security Technologies: In-depth knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, IAM, encryption, and endpoint protection.
- Networking: Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and architectures.
- Cloud Security: Experience with securing cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Application Security: Knowledge of secure coding practices and application security frameworks.
Professional Certifications:
Candidates with the following certifications will be preferred:
- Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP)
- SANS/GIAC Certified Enterprise Defender (GCED)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
