Job Overview:

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead cross-functional teams through the Agile project lifecycle, from ideation to deployment.
- Facilitate Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
- Collaborate with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Foster a continuous improvement mindset across the teams.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams, stakeholders, and end-users, ensuring clear communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Certified SAFe Aglist or equivalent Scaled Agile Certification.
- Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry's challenges and regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
