  • Energy Talent Company is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Communication Associate to supervise and grow the ETC communication team, lead strategies and implement them.
  • This work is central to our mission and helps ensure we scale our mission rapidly.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • At least 4 years of experience in Marketing communications.
  • A self-starter who can thrive in a remote working environment.

What You'll Do:

Marketing/Program Communication

  • Co-design, supervise and implement a multi-channel marketing and communications strategy based on a deep understanding of the drivers for our audience (Talents, Companies, Investors) and yield high rates of engagement that result in increased applications to our programmes and placement to companies/projects and increased interest from development financial organisation.
  • Lead in the implementation of SEO strategies.
  • Develop measurable national and multi-country digital and email marketing campaigns, collating the information and data required for campaigns and continually identifying opportunities to trial improvements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns, make recommendations for future campaigns and rapidly roll out improvements and optimisations to maximise results at pace.
  • Identify and assess opportunities for new marketing and communications tools and channels using a test-and-learn approach.
  • Manager the Communications Intern.
  • Generate a bi-weekly performance tracking report for each team member reporting to you.
  • Act as our internal expert on how to improve our external-facing channels, based on an understanding of what drives our audience - including web UX, copywriting and branding.
  • The Senior Communications Associate will report to the CEO, while supervising the other members of the communications team.
  • Senior Communications Associate will collaborate with the Program owners in Elite Talent Corp, Program Unit
