JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are hiring a Senior Copywriter who combines creative excellence with strategic intelligence. You understand brand storytelling, you write with purpose, and you can shape narratives across traditional, digital, emerging, and interactive platforms.
- This role requires a writer who understands modern consumer behavior, platform-native storytelling, data-driven messaging, and the responsible use of AI-assisted creativity.
- You will work closely with the Creative Director, Designers, Strategists, and clients to bring powerful ideas to life, ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across the brand ecosystem.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BESIDES BEING AWESOME)
Creative & Strategic Writing
- Conceptualize and develop high-impact ideas that align with brand strategy.
- Write original copy, campaign lines, scripts, slogans, long/short-form content, and brand stories.
- Master and adapt multiple brand voices with consistency.
- Write for emerging formats: reels, TikTok scripts, motion graphics, micro-copy, interactive content, and podcast scripts.
- Shape language and tone across all marketing materials: emails, banners, brochures, websites, social content, and ads.
Content Execution & Collaboration
- Partner with Designers to create visually enriched storytelling using images, charts, motion elements, and prototypes.
- Edit, review, and fact-check content produced by Junior Copywriters or other contributors.
- Conduct interviews with clients, industry experts, and internal teams to generate insight-driven content.
- Collaborate on concept development and pitch presentations.
AI-Aware, Not AI-Dependent Writing
- Use AI tools ethically to support ideation, research, and drafting.
- Ensure all final content is human-crafted, original, context-aware, and brand-safe.
- Supervise AI-generated materials to ensure accuracy, tone, and strategic alignment.
Data-Driven and Platform-Native Storytelling
- Apply advanced SEO practices, including semantic and intent-based optimization.
- Use content performance insights from analytics tools (GA4, dashboards, A/B tests) to refine messaging.
- Understand platform-native storytelling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and long-form channels.
Brand Systems & Documentation
- Develop or maintain brand voice systems, tone guides, and messaging frameworks.
- Produce weekly/monthly content reports, outlining performance, insights, and recommendations.
- Maintain quality control and ensure brand consistency across all deliverables.
Inclusive & Responsible Copywriting
- Write copy that is accessible, inclusive, culturally sensitive, and globally aware.
- Ensure content is compliant, risk-aware, and reputation-safe in fast-changing environments.
