We need some who is a Self-starter and has;
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years Of experience in data engineering, preferably in the fintech sector.
- Proficiency with data pipeline tools such as Airbyte, DBT, Hive, Postgresql, Apache Kafka, Apache Airflow, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
- Experience with data storage solutions (e.g., SOL, NoSQL, data lakes).
- Solid understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
- Dashboard tools like Metabase or Superset.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their data services.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
