Job Summary:

We're seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our AI team.
You will develop advanced machine learning models and Generative AI algorithms to solve complex business problems, lead data-driven projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
You will play a pivotal role in developing cutting-edge conversational chatbots and natural language processing (NLP) systems by leveraging the power of Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and optimize AI models for conversational chatbots.
Build efficient data pipelines and architectures.
Analyze large datasets for insights.
Research and explore novel Generative AI techniques.
Develop and maintain conversational models and RAG system.
Evaluate and optimize chatbot performance.
Stay updated on AI advancements.
Collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Advanced degree in CS, Data Science, or related field.
5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, with a focus on conversational AI and Generative AI.
Experience with cloud platforms and MLOps tools.
Proven experience in building and deploying conversational chatbots.
Expertise in NLP techniques, including text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and question answering.
Proficiency in Python and machine learning libraries.
Strong understanding of conversational AI architectures and frameworks.
Experience working with large-scale datasets.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
