Role Overview
- We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack & Mobile Developer with experience in both backend/frontend development and mobile applications.
- The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and mobile apps (iOS and Android).
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver features from concept to production.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile apps and web applications.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints to support web and mobile clients.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
- Implement automated testing and continuous integration/deployment pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and maintain code quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in fullstack development and mobile app development.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Frontend: React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Backend: Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java
- Mobile: React Native, Flutter, or native development (Swift/Kotlin)
- Experience with databases: SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to write modular, reusable code.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in fintech, healthtech, or other impact-driven tech sectors.
- Knowledge of scalable architecture patterns (microservices, event-driven systems).
- Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Exposure to UI/UX design principles and accessibility standards.
