Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Senior Graphics Designer to lead the creative design efforts for our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and Confectionery brand. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs across both digital and traditional marketing channels. 
  • This role requires a highly creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker who can translate brand messaging into impactful visuals that engage customers and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity for the brand across all marketing and advertising platforms.
  • Ensure all designs align with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to evolve and enhance brand guidelines.
  • Design social media graphics, motion graphics, digital ads, and email marketing visuals to drive engagement and sales.
  • Create compelling visual content for seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional offers.
  • Collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality digital assets.
  • Develop UI/UX-friendly designs for websites, landing pages, and mobile app promotions.
  • Design print marketing materials such as flyers, posters, menus, billboards, banners, and packaging.
  • Create eye-catching store branding, signages, and point-of-sale materials to enhance the customer experience.
  • Work with production vendors to ensure high-quality print execution.
  • Design materials for billboard advertising, magazine ads, TV commercials, and radio promotions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visuals for events, activations, and sponsorships.
  • Brainstorm and conceptualize creative campaign ideas with the marketing team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor designs, and new marketing techniques to ensure brand relevance.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and product development, to align creative output with business goals.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the QSR, food, FMCG, or hospitality industry.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
  • Experience designing for both digital and print media.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve branding and marketing challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in photography, videography, or motion graphics is an added advantage.
