Job Summary
We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Senior Brand Designer with expertise in different aspects of graphic design including motion design, to join our Content Studio. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape and evolve our brand identity across various touchpoints, ensuring a consistent and compelling visual presence that resonates with our global audience while working closely with other Brand Designers and the Marketing team.
We love designers to come in with insights, ideas, and concepts that will help take our brand to the next level. You will have creative input across all marketing channels, create art direction for new products we are launching, and work on exciting brand campaigns, ensuring the brand is kept fresh and exciting.
What you’ll get to do
- Developing and executing visual design concepts that reflect our brand values and vision, working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Create captivating brand assets, including illustrations, motion, and digital graphics, that elevate our brand identity and enhance user experiences.
- Collaborate with Project owners within the design and the Marketing team and other teams to translate business objectives and user insights into visually impactful designs.
- Drive the evolution of our brand guidelines and design systems, ensuring alignment with industry trends and best practices.
- Produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for various digital platforms, including web, mobile, and social media.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, we think you should have
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Brand Designer or Graphic Designer, with a focus on global brands and consumer-facing products/services.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including brand identity, digital graphics, and motion design.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and design trends.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with a track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
- Passion for innovation, creativity, and pushing the boundaries of visual storytelling.
