Job Description
- We seek a proactive Senior Health Maintenance/ Health Insurance Officer with a proven track record in client acquisition, strategic business development, and HMO operations.
- You will drive our growth by securing new clients, Fostering partnerships, and ensuring compliance wwith regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire corporate clients, SMEs, government agencies, and individual enrollees
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, brokers, and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and providers to ensure favorable terms.
- Ensure compliance with NHIS regulations and industry standards.
- Manage client accounts, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align goals.
- Prepare reports on business performance and client engagement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Public Health, Insurance, or a related field. Certifications in Health Insurance, Project Management, or MBA (a plus).
- Minimum of 3 years cognitive experience in HMO, health insurance, or related fields.
- Proven ability to acquire clients (corporate/ individual) and meet targets.
- Strong knowledge of Nigeria's HMO regulatory framework (NHIS).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Leadership abilities.
Salary
N250,000 - N500,000 Monthly (negotiable based on experience).
