Job Description
- We are seeking an experienced and innovative Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our product strategy.
- This role is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product portfolio and drive business growth.
- As the Senior Product Manager, you will be a key member of the product management team, responsible for the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver best-in-class products that meet market needs and drive company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Develop and execute the overall product strategy, aligning it with the company's business goals and market trends.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
- Define detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead the product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
- Coordinate user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product features and enhancements.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for product launches.
- Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyzing data to assess success and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years professional experience in product development with proven track record of successful product launches.
- Expertise in the use of Jira and other project management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
