- Flex Finance is seeking a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic and agile team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive excellence. What we're looking for
- Flex Finance is looking to hire a Software Quality Assurance Tester (QA) who will be involved with an Agile team, helping the team to reach the best quality levels for products. Being versatile, and able to adapt to dynamic methodologies for projects. Building a product is a highly collaborative effort, and as such, a strong team player with a commitment to perfection is required.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with product teams, key stakeholders, and developers to ensure comprehensive testing coverage for all scenarios.
- Lead the planning, design, scripting, and execution of tests, and provide detailed analysis and recommendations to resolve application performance issues.
- Document test cases, track progress, and report results.
- Perform both manual and automated testing across platforms.
- Develop and implement automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency.
- Continuously research and integrate new tools, technologies, and testing processes to improve quality assurance practices.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience with both manual and automated testing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Selenium, Sauce Labs, Silk Test, TestComplete, Ranorex, TestRigor, and BrowserStack.
- Expertise in testing across multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android, both online and offline.
- Strong proficiency with code versioning tools, particularly Git.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently.
- Proven experience in implementing automated testing frameworks and unit tests.
- Excellent communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and environments.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality assurance or software testing.
