The company is managed by 5 Executive Directors and 3 Non-Executive Directors with diverse background and competencies across banking, finance, audit, consulting and software development. The company has a workforce of over 70 staff including over 50 software engineers. We have successfully implemented over 100 technology solutions for various enterprises engaged in Commercial Banking, Mortgage Banking, Insurance and Manufacturing across: Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Cote D'Ivorie, Gambia, Sierra Leone, Ghana, Senegal, Rwanda, Congo, Zambia and more in progress from our business offices in Nigeria, Ghana, Gambia and Kenya. - Provide end-user support.
- Troubleshoot programming, changes, errors and subsequent modifications; this will be in conjunction with other programmers.
- Support the team in all phases of the software development lifecycle including; analysis, design, deliver functionality, testing and support.
- Assist with the delivery of projects within a tight deadline.
- Present ideas in user-friendly language.
- Asist in training users.
- writing documentation.
- And any other responsibilities regarding Software Development and Support assigned by the SBU Head/Team lead.
Qualifications, Knowledge and skills:
- B.Sc Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.
- 3-10 year experience in software Development.
- A passion for IT and learning about new technologies.
- Familiarity with web-based software design using IIS, SQL Server, T-SQL, Classic ASP or ASP.Net C#.
- Knowledge of web-related technologies (HTML, XML, CSS, Java Script, JQuery, JSON, Ajax etc.)
- ASP.NET MVC knowledge.
- Must have the knowledge of Angular.
- Appropriate understanding of data protection and security.
- Understanding of user interface design and information architecture.
