- We are looking for a senior visual designer with great proficiency in creating both digital and offline visually appealing designs for our organizational needs.
- The senior visual designer’s responsibilities include managing all kinds of graphic design tasks for in-app usage, social media graphics, digital marketing designs, offline design tasks, refining projects / design briefs and generating creative ideas.
- To be successful as a senior visual designer, you should have extensive knowledge of graphic design tools, techniques and general rules of designs.
- You should also have experience in implementing marketing campaigns.
- Ultimately, an excellent senior visual designer will ensure that the design team promotes the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content.
Responsibilities:
- Designing banners and posters for in-app use on figma.
- Managing graphic designs tasks from conception to delivery for online and offline tasks.
- Reviewing junior designers drafts to ensure quality.
- Generating fresh concepts and taking design initiative to solving problems.
- Ensuring brand consistency throughout various projects.
- Liaising between the project owners and design teams to ensure deadlines are met.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments.
- Senior Visual Designer Requirements:
- A graphic design qualification or similar.
- Portfolio with design projects.
- Proven work experience as a graphic designer.
- Working experience with image design tools (e.g., Figma, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator, CorelDraw, etc).
- A keen eye for visual details.
- Aesthetic skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team member.
