Role Overview
- The Senior Visual Designer will be responsible for leading the creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring high-quality visual storytelling across all platforms. This role requires a seasoned designer with experience in top marketing or digital agencies, strong leadership capabilities, and the confidence to take full ownership of visual projects.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership
- Define and execute the visual strategy for marketing and branding campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design assets and communication materials.
- Lead design sprints and brainstorming sessions to drive creative excellence.
Campaign Design & Execution
- Design end-to-end visuals for product launches, marketing campaigns, and digital content.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create high-impact visuals.
- Oversee and approve design work from junior designers and freelancers.
Team & Process Management
- Implement processes for design review, feedback, and iteration.
Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in visual design, preferably in a top marketing or digital agency.
- Proven experience leading design projects and managing design teams.
- Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality campaign visuals and brand identity work.
- Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
