Job Description
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Software Programmer located in Abuja. The Software Programmer will be responsible for designing and developing software applications according to client requirements, developing software documentation, testing and debugging code, and maintaining software applications.
- The Software Programmer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions, as well as work closely with UX designers and Quality Assurance teams to produce high-quality software products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in software development and design patterns
- Excellent knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, and knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience in software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Git, and JIRA
- Excellent knowledge of software architecture, technical design, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Cloud technologies, Microservices, and DevOps practices will be an added advantage.
