Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
- Design user flows, interaction models, and information architecture to ensure intuitive navigation.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Analyze user feedback and analytics to iterate and improve designs continuously.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in user-centered design and visual design.
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first design.
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with business and technical constraints.
