Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design projects and demonstrating your design process.
- Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and justify design decisions.
Job role
- User-Centric Design: Develop intuitive and engaging user experiences by understanding user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of design into the development process.
- User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs based on user insights.
- Visual Design: Design visually appealing interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance the overall user experience.
- Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continually improve and innovate.
